Flexibility is required to work nights and weekends. You’ll collaborate with management to set priorities, manage POS coverage, and support store goals while upholding safety and integrity in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience at front of store.
• Lead by example and promote loyalty programs.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Coordinate registers and breaks; ensure POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure tasks align with store plans and priorities.
• Communicate priorities clearly with management and staff.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety practices.
• Promote safety and a clean store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
