Job summary

Five Below is looking for a hands-on leader to help provide an amazing shopping experience through enthusiastic customer service and effective store operations. You will assist with training, supervising associates, and ensuring smooth daily opening and closing procedures.

The role involves managing stock, supporting merchandising, and driving sales while maintaining high standards of safety and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Train crew on BEST customer service experience and fast checkout.
• Oversee daily activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor replenished.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle operations and staff.
