Job summary

Burlington Stores in Colorado Springs seeks a Customer Experience Lead to guide front-end operations and coach team members across shifts. You’ll ensure fast, friendly transactions and help keep the sales floor organized and ready for customers.

You’ll partner with store leadership to address service gaps, manage schedules, and uphold safety and accuracy in every customer interaction, with opportunities to grow your retail career.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate associates.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and able to adjust priorities quickly.
• Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and ensure smooth checkout flow.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities to meet business needs.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate transactions (sales, returns, exchanges).
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store organization in stock and support areas.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties and support proper front-end coverage.
