Burlington Stores, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Full-Time Customer Experience Lead to drive front-end operations, coach teammates, and ensure a welcoming, efficient shopping environment.

You will lead by example, oversee checkout flow, resolve issues quickly, and partner with store leadership to improve service and merchandising. Base pay is $15.00 per hour; nights, weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to lead others.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay organized and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate daily checkout flow and line management.
• Direct associates and adjust priorities.
• Process transactions accurately and quickly.
• Resolve customer concerns and expedite issues.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store organization.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Schedule breaks and front-end coverage.
• Troubleshoot register issues to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with leadership to address service opportunities.
• Assist with merchandise flow and stock areas.
• Uphold policies, safety standards, and procedures.
