Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach associates during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service across the store.
• Coordinate front-end operations, including checkout flow and line management.
• Direct associates during your shift and adjust priorities as needed.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate transactions.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Support merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and scheduling coverage.
• Troubleshoot routine register issues to minimize disruptions.
