Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Support Lead in West Hills, CA. You will oversee store operations, train associates, and ensure a WOW customer experience at checkout. The role requires leadership, organizational skills, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Starting pay is $19.47 per hour, with opportunities to impact sales and customer service daily. The position is full-time and requires at least 1 year of management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with fast, friendly checkout and personal service.
• Trains crew on the customer service experience (B.E.S.T.).
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures strong customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking to the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and manages store operations.
• Opens or closes the store including cash handling, securing, and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Performs routine store maintenance and cleanliness tasks.
