Job summary

Floor & Decor in Mount Pleasant, SC seeks a Connected Customer Supervisor to manage a dynamic team of customer service associates, overseeing cashiering, returns, cash office, inventory, and e-commerce support while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Successful candidates bring 1+ year in cashier supervisor or 4+ years customer service, a high school diploma, and computer experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of (1) year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum of (2) years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct front-end and inventory accuracy teams.
• Lead cashiering, credit and close-out procedures.
• Lead inventory management and accuracy.
• Process refunds and exchanges.
• Oversee pricing and signage updates.
• Assist customers with product selection.
• Coordinate SKUs and price changes with management.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and adjust records.
• Review shipping/receiving documents.
• Audit inventory and return reports.
• Monitor truck logs.
• Audit storage area and resolve issues.
• Create store signage and TOD pricing.
• Return items to correct locations after returns.
• Stock and clean products.
• Be point of contact for e-commerce inventory.
• Supervise inventory movement.
• Open and/or close store.
