Job summary

Cathay Bank seeks a Branch Supervisor to uphold exceptional customer service, drive branch sales, and maintain operational integrity across all functions. You will supervise staff and ensure adherence to bank policies while supporting portfolio administration and business development.

Qualifications include a college degree and 3–5 years of supervisory banking experience; bilingual English/Chinese is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ supervisory experience in banking or retail
• Knowledge of branch operations and customer service standards
• Familiarity with bank policies and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally with bank personnel and clients to deliver quality service
• Ensure staff profiles customers during new accounts and teller transactions to identify cross-sell opportunities
• Develop and track individual performance goals; coach staff to meet service, sales and operational targets
• Achieve team and individual sales production goals and support onboarding plans with Branch/Relationship managers
• Represent the bank in community and professional activities and assist with loan related functions as needed
