Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in a similar capacity with supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
• Understanding of complex support systems and branch operations.
• Direct sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong planning, organization, and scheduling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bi-lingual English and Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch service and sales operations to meet goals.
• Profile customers to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Coach and mentor staff to improve performance.
• Oversee onboarding and customer calls to grow clientele.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• May serve as Safety/Security Officer for the branch.
