HomeGoods in Ohio is seeking a frontline leader to promote a highly satisfying customer experience and drive loyalty. You will train Associates, manage register operations, and assist with merchandising and frontline coverage.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, teamwork, and discretion, with the ability to lift heavy merchandise and handle money. Prior supervisory retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work as part of a team and provide direction to others.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to lift heavy merchandise and handle money.
• Experience as a coordinator or retail supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on policies and front-line procedures.
• Assist with cash handling and register operations.
• Maintain merchandising and frontline standards.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety policies.
• Monitor and coordinate coverage to optimize frontline staffing.
• Support loss prevention and paperwork accuracy.
