Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Frequently operate cash register.
• Frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and places/removes merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet.
• Frequently ascend/descend ladders to retrieve stock and stock room.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist customers to ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Lead front end operations and ensure brand standards are met.
• Recruit, train, and supervise crew members in collaboration with the store manager.
• Open and close procedures and store maintenance as needed.
• Support store manager in merchandising and scheduling as needed.
• Ensure flexible scheduling including day, evening, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.
