Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking a capable store leader to manage crew and front-end operations in Merritt Island, FL. You will train staff, oversee customer service, and ensure merchandising standards while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the Best customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Lead front end operations; ensure front end merchandising is set and meets brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment is in working order and train associates where applicable.
• Open and close procedures; maintain store cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Perform store manager duties in their absence.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise all crew members.
• Review corporate communications and react accordingly.
• Partner with leadership team in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including trash, sweeping, bathrooms, stock room.
