Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Support Lead to assist the Store Manager and Customer Service Manager in directing front end operations and sales associates. You will help wow customers, manage cash handling, and drive key metrics in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

The role requires a minimum of a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience, and strong communication skills. This is an hourly position starting at $11.50 with opportunities to grow within the store team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all associates and managers wow the customer through personal contact.
• Responsible for achieving CSAT score goals and leading Front End Operations.
• Training staff on high levels of customer service.
• Maintains store cleanliness and ready for customers at all times.
• Opens/closes store procedures and assists payroll within budget.
• Drives store sales and assists in merchandising and SOP adherence.
