Michaels is seeking a part-time Store Associate in Flower Mound, TX. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a smooth checkout experience with accurate cash handling.

You’ll assist with unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and executing planograms to keep the store well merchandised and in stock. In this role you will engage customers about the Rewards program, support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store, and participate in

Qualifications

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.
Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Responsabilités

Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for.
Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties; maintain store recovery to deliver brand promises.
Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them in Private Label Credit Cards.
Assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes; support shrink and safety programs.
