Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Huntsville, AL seeks an Associate Team Leader to support the Team Leader in overseeing Customer Service and E-Commerce programs, including checkout, delivery, and pickup operations. You will monitor performance, manage daily capacity and labor, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 18+ months retail experience including 6+ months of supervisory experience.
• Strong ability to manage task flow and labor utilization to meet performance metrics.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer experience; holds Team Members accountable for service quality.
• Balances in-store customer service with completing online orders.
• Monitors in-store and online customer flow; assigns tasks to balance needs of customers.
• Maintains labor budget by scheduling to meet in-store and online order capacity.
• Drives continuous improvement and monitors performance metrics and trends.
• Coaches and mentors Team Members to sustain a high-performing team.
