Whole Foods Market in Tigard, OR is seeking an Associate Team Leader to support the Team Leader in driving Customer Service & E‑Commerce programs. You will oversee checkout experience, grocery delivery and pickup, and monitor performance metrics to guide the Team. Focus on safety, quality, and efficient task execution.

You will help manage schedules, labor utilization, and adherence to processes while developing Team Members and participating in hiring as needed.

Qualifications

• 18+ months retail experience including 6+ months of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with managing in-store and online order flow and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer experience and holds team members accountable.
• Balances in-store customer service with online order completion.
• Monitors in-store and online customer flow and assigns tasks accordingly.
• Maintains labor budgets and schedules to meet customer needs.
