Job summary

Whole Foods Market seeks an Associate Team Leader for E-Commerce to elevate grocery delivery and pick-up experiences. You will mentor Team Members, ensure onboarding, and safeguard safety, quality, and service standards while aligning with store leadership.

You will review forecasts, adjust staffing in real time, drive process improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to keep operations smooth and efficient while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• On-board and train Team Members on SOPs, staging, quality and safety protocols.
• Provide timely coaching and performance feedback to drive development and engagement.
• Identify high-potential Team Members and create development plans with leadership.
• Lead team huddles/meetings to communicate priorities and address challenges.
• Maintain a safe work environment with proactive hazard identification and resolution.
• Ensure adherence to safety/food safety protocols through observation and coaching.
• Investigate incidents and implement preventive actions with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Team Members on SOPs, quality, and safety.
• Provide coaching and feedback to drive accountability and engagement.
• Partner with Team Leader for development plans and succession.
• Lead daily huddles, communicate priorities, resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain safety and food safety protocols and conduct audits for accuracy.
• Monitor order times, resolve delays, and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.
