The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days in office weekly and occasional shifts based on business needs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience plus 4 to 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in call center or dispatch is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to multitask with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supports Field Service Managers with administrative tasks and workload balancing.
• Responds to routine inquiries via live call or email and handles escalations.
• Maintains Oracle Install Base accuracy and handles high-value customers.
• Schedules installs/de-installs and provides timely customer updates.
• Coaches peers to improve response times and customer experiences.
