Job summary

Five Star Charleston Heating and Air is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to be the main contact for clients and a key support resource for technicians in our Charleston, SC office.

Hours are Monday–Friday, with a 10:00 AM–7:00 PM schedule and occasional overtime during busy seasons. The role offers an hourly wage of $17.25–$25.00 and highlights strong communication and organizational skills as essential assets.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive, solution-focused mindset.
• Experience in customer service, dispatching, or scheduling preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems; HVAC knowledge or Service Titan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and provide friendly, professional customer support
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician routes
• Make sure technicians have the correct parts, equipment, and information needed for each job
• Keep customers updated on their service status and timelines
• Maintain accurate records and service documentation
• Collaborate with technicians, dispatch, and management to resolve issues efficiently
