• Proficient with computers and scheduling software.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch HVAC and Plumbing technicians for service, maintenance, and repair calls.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and schedule updates.
• Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed.
• Coordinate emergency and priority service calls.
• Work closely with the call center, service managers, and field technicians to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate job information and scheduling within Service Titan.
• Help ensure daily revenue goals and operational efficiency are achieved.

Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Saturday coverage may be required during peak season)

As our Dispatcher, you'll play a critical role in keeping our HVAC and Plumbing teams running efficiently by scheduling technicians, communicating with customers, and ensuring every job is completed smoothly.

What You'll Do
