In-office position in Apollo Beach, you will handle inquiries, schedule visits, and support customers with questions about service plans and system operation.

Qualifications

• First point of contact for customers; requires clear, friendly communication.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules and tasks.
• Ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
• Patient, calm, and solution-focused when handling frustrated customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, texts, and voicemails and follow up promptly.
• Schedule installs and service visits in routing software.
• Explain service plans and system basics to customers.
• Guide customers through basic troubleshooting over the phone.
• Track subscriptions and payments in Square and send invoices.
• Determine when calls can be resolved over the phone vs. scheduling visits.
