ClimateDesign, a premier home services company, seeks a full-time Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This in-person role involves scheduling work, dispatching technicians, invoicing customers, and handling parts orders.

ServiceTitan experience is required, along with strong customer service and multitasking abilities. Earn up to $22 per hour, with overtime, plus comprehensive benefits including health coverage, PTO and holidays, a 401(k) match, and life/disability

Qualifications

• Prior experience with ServiceTitan software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls.
