Marshalls, a TJX Companies brand, is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an excellent customer experience and oversee a team at our Richmond, VA store. You will model strong service, train Associates, and coordinate POS coverage while ensuring adherence to policies and safety standards.

The role requires nights/weekends availability, merchandising knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to train others and lead Associates on front-end principles.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Oversees front-of-store Associates and coordinates breaks for all staff.
• Trains and coaches Associates on customer personalization and loyalty promotions.
• Ensures tasks align with the store plan and prioritizes as needed.
• Maintains safety and adheres to labor laws and company policies.
