Southern Home Services is seeking a dynamic Call Center Representative to join our team. This full-time role offers a 1:30pm–10:00pm shift with weekend availability and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, coordinating with technicians, sales, and management to ensure timely service and accurate records. Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative or customer service experience in an office environment.
• Strong rapport-building with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries with a friendly, professional tone.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, sales, and management.
• Schedule service and maintenance appointments efficiently.
• Maintain and update customer records for accuracy and reference.
• Provide detailed information about products and services to help customers decide.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with empathy and urgency.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base of products and services.
• Participate in in-house training on products, services and office software.
• Additional duties as assigned.
