Southern Home Services, a residential HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company, is seeking a dynamic Call Center Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional service and helping customers with inquiries, scheduling, and problem solving.

You will work a full-time schedule (1:30pm–10:00pm) with weekend shifts and flexible daytime options. The role emphasizes customer care, knowledge-building, and teamwork while supporting growth opportunities within

• At least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience in an office.
• Proven ability to cultivate strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and see them through to completion.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining integrity in a structured yet relaxed atmosphere.
• A genuine passion for helping others with patience and empathy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time position 1:30pm- 10:00pm, schedule will be flexible. Must have availability to work on the weekends. Must have flexibility to work mid-mornings and afternoon shifts.
