You will also maintain records, process payments, and provide product information.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on service excellence in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year administrative or customer service experience in an office setting is required.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office is a requirement.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional & friendly manner.
• Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons & management.
• Schedule service and routine maintenance appointments.
• Maintain & update customer records based on interactions.
• Process invoice payments.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Develop & maintain a knowledge base of evolving products & services.
• Participate in in-house training on products & services and office software.
