Classic Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Cleveland, TN. The CSR will be the first impression for customers, explain the repair process to insured customers, and coordinate with rental car and tow services to provide a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on repair process and insurance information.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load level processes.
• Coordinate Rental Car and Tow companies to provide one-stop service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup teammate.
• Assist with customer communication during the repair process.
• Monitor DRP assignments, estimate/repair appointments and capture assignment rates.
• Follow up on DRP assignments to maintain center sales.
• Maintain DRP logbooks and Enterprise ARMS daily.
• Assist with reconciling invoices to payables reports.
• Ensure customer waiting area is comfortable and stocked.
