Are you a people-person who loves helping others? Harrison Ford of Mankato is looking for aCustomer Experience Coordinatorto support our busy service department.
You’ll be the friendly first contact for our customers — answering calls, scheduling service appointments, and making follow-up calls to ensure an outstanding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
Schedule service appointments and provide basic information about services
Make follow-up calls to confirm or reschedule appointments
Help customers with questions about their service visit
Communicate effectively with service advisors and management
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system
What We’re Looking For:
Strong customer service skills (phone or in-person experience preferred)
Positive attitude and clear communication style
Comfortable using basic computer programs (we will train you on our systems)
Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center work a plus
