Are you a people-person who loves helping others? Harrison Ford of Mankato is looking for aCustomer Experience Coordinatorto support our busy service department.
You’ll be the friendly first contact for our customers — answering calls, scheduling service appointments, and making follow-up calls to ensure an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally

  • Schedule service appointments and provide basic information about services

  • Make follow-up calls to confirm or reschedule appointments

  • Help customers with questions about their service visit

  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and management

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong customer service skills (phone or in-person experience preferred)

  • Positive attitude and clear communication style

  • Comfortable using basic computer programs (we will train you on our systems)

  • Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center work a plus
