As the Customer Experience Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to serve as the “Voice of the Customer”. You will proactively ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs. This includes answering product and service questions, suggesting other products, processing orders, preparing correspondences, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure satisfaction.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
