What a Successful FASTSIGNS Visual Communications Specialist Will Do

• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers at our FASTSIGNS Center
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of orders
• Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of the center
• Work with customers via email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients

Ideal Qualifications for the FASTSIGNS Visual Communications Specialist

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and able to build relationships
• Excellent listening and organizational skills
• Ability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to work under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work
