Job Overview :

We are looking for a professional and highly organized Client Services Coordinator – Travel to serve as a key point of contact for client communications, travel documentation, and booking support. This remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting clients, managing details, and ensuring a smooth travel planning experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as a liaison between travel advisors and clients to ensure timely responses and follow-ups

Coordinate travel documentation, invoices, confirmations, and itinerary details

Monitor key deadlines and assist with client reminders for payments or required forms

Respond to client inquiries and resolve basic questions related to bookings and services

Maintain accurate records of client profiles, preferences, and communication history

Support special requests such as upgrades, accessibility needs, or group management tasks

Ensure a high level of professionalism and accuracy in all interactions

Requirements :

Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or travel coordination preferred

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Basic computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
