Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver world-class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Respond with guidance and assistance as required.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs and mapping, marking, and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries and communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure accurate repairs.
• Adhere to Caliber's SOPs, insurance partners and industry guidelines.
