Job summary

Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) seeks a Connect Ambassador to welcome visitors, assess needs, and provide customer support within Client Connect spaces. You will greet customers, answer basic questions, manage traffic flow, assist with payments, and coordinate with the facility team on escalation and resolutions.

You will also support community engagement activities, help with event setup and teardown, and participate in workshops to educate customers about energy efficiency programs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in customer services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
