Octopus is a tech-powered energy company focused on customer experience. We are hiring a Customer Support Associate to handle calls and emails, resolve queries, and liaise with other suppliers to keep customers informed and satisfied.

You will join Operations, bringing energy, strong organization, and a can-do attitude to deliver end-to-end service as we grow and adapt in a dynamic market. A passion for sustainability and world-class service is valued.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.
• No energy experience required; training provided for sustainability and customer service.
• Highly motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Highly organized, energetic, and a quick learner.
• Follows instruction and takes action.
• Available to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers over the phone or via email, resolving queries and engaging with other suppliers.
• Work in Operations, at the heart of everything we do, helping customers.
• Took full responsibility for all issues, delivering end-to-end customer service and breaking the loop of transfers between departments.
• Bring about solutions daily while keeping up with rapid change as we grow.
