Job summary

HelloConnect in Palawan is seeking a customer service professional who will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and brand representation across channels. You will share product knowledge, educate users on features, and guide them to maximize their subscription benefits.

You will investigate feedback to understand the customer journey and provide effective solutions, while maintaining accuracy and actively contributing to internal improvements and projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a BPO setup.
• High School Graduate (old curriculum) or equivalent.
• Willingness to work in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and deliver exceptional service across channels.
• Educate customers on products, features, and subscription services to maximize their experience.
• Investigate feedback and complaints to understand the full customer journey and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accuracy in communication and document issues for process improvement.
• Contribute to internal projects and adhere to company policies and tools.
