Job summary

Serenity is hiring a Customer Experience Coach to guide individuals through structured sessions that help build positive habits and achieve personal progress. You’ll work on-site with a supportive, growth-oriented team and use program tools to keep participants engaged and motivated.

This role welcomes candidates from customer service, hospitality, retail, education, or caregiving backgrounds who enjoy helping others and thrive in a structured environment. Full paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time professional experience in any industry.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with patience and empathy.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support during scheduled program sessions.
• Operate and monitor specialized program tools and technology (training provided).
• Encourage participants through journaling, goal-setting, and mindfulness exercises.
• Maintain accurate session notes and share updates with team members.
• Ensure each participant’s experience is professional, supportive, and respectful.
• Follow established processes and standards to maintain a consistent experience.
