Serenity is hiring a Customer Experience Coach to work on-site in a structured program. You will provide one-on-one support during sessions, use specialized tools, and encourage mindfulness and goal-setting to help participants stay engaged.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time professional experience in any industry.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills with patience and empathy.
• Authorized to work in the United States and pass background/drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support during scheduled program sessions.
• Operate and monitor program tools and technology (training provided).
• Encourage participants through journaling, goal-setting, and mindfulness.
• Maintain accurate session notes and share updates with the team.
• Ensure each participant's experience is professional, supportive, and respectful.
• Follow established processes to maintain a consistent experience.
