Michaels is hiring at our PHX area store for a customer-focused team member who helps customers locate products, answers questions, and provides a friendly checkout experience.

You will assist with store operations including stocking, merchandising, BOPIS/SFS processes, and maintaining a clean, in-stock environment while promoting our rewards programs and ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Formación

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in locating products and offering solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and accurate cash handling.
• Assist with stocking, merchandising, and planogram compliance.
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Maintain store cleanliness and recover merchandise for an in-stock store.
