Job summary

Michaels in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You'll participate in truck unloads, stocking, and maintaining in-stock, well-merchandised aisles.

This role covers BOPIS and SFS processes, store recovery, and safety programs while upholding SOPs. Applicants should have retail or customer service experience; must be able to stand for long periods and lift boxes.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns to stock.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs; comply with policies and standards.
