Job summary

Michaels Store in San Antonio, TX is seeking a friendly Store Associate to assist customers, maintain shelves, and provide fast checkout experiences. You will help customers locate products, enroll them in rewards, and support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

This role requires standing for long periods, stock replenishment, and following SOPs and safety guidelines while delivering the Michaels Brand Promises and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to learn POS and rewards enrollment processes.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enroll them as needed.
• Participate in Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Assist with stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety programs, and company policies.
