Job summary

Michaels Burton is seeking team members for our store in Burton, MI, dedicated to delivering fast, friendly checkout and scalable customer service. You will help shoppers find products, enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.

Our roles include supporting omni-channel programs (BOPIS/SFS) and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; manage cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and store recovery to maintain in-stock condition.
• Support SISO and AD set duties; help shrink and safety programs.
