Job summary

Michaels is hiring at the BOS-MANSFIELD location to help customers shop, locate products, and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will engage customers on rewards programs and complete enrollments, educate on VOC surveys, and assist with Omni channel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store.

This role includes stocking, merchandising, and maintaining in-stock conditions, with attention to safety programs and SOP adherence. Flexibility for nights/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Participate in stock, planograms, and merchandising responsibilities.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; uphold professional conduct.
