Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates in Bridgeville to welcome customers with 2+ years of customer-facing experience and to ensure a smooth car-buying journey. You will be the face of Carvana when customers visit our car vending machine, helping create a memorable, frictionless pickup experience.

The role includes completing paperwork, updating notes in our CRM, addressing questions, and upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities and competitive

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing and memorable pickup experience for customers at the Carvana Vending Machine.
• Complete customer paperwork and log notes in the tracking system.
• Address customer questions or minor technical issues related to the vending process.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with Carvana policies.
• Obtain Notary within 90 days where required; DMV/title access requirements may apply.
• California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days; other state licenses as needed.
