COTA is seeking a Customer Experience Champion to warmly greet guests, help them select products or services, and support the Customer Experience Center’s daily operations in Columbus, OH. You will assist with pass sales, mail-out programs, reduced fare initiatives, trip planning, and outreach efforts.

The role emphasizes strong communication, cash handling, and data entry abilities, with duties including educating customers about new features and processing transactions.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of cash handling and data entry experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Familiarity with transit fare systems and Masabi Transit app is a plus.

• Greet guests and assist in selecting products or services with a positive experience.
• Assist in pass sales, mail-out programs, and fare purchases.
• Support daily operations of the Customer Experience Center.
