Job summary

Concord is seeking a full-time concierge at our Columbus property to help guests maximize their visit with friendly, professional guidance on local attractions and services. You will respond to requests for transportation, reservations, and services, provide area information, and coordinate with hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must provide exceptional guest service and communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services by making arrangements or identifying providers.
• Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Contact appropriate department to resolve guest call, request, or problem.
• Review shift logs and document pertinent information in logbooks.
• Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, maintain professional appearance, protect assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, thank guests with appreciation.
• Speak clearly and professionally; prepare and review written documents; answer telephones with proper etiquette.
