Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) is seeking a Customer Experience Champion to greet guests, assist with pass sales, and support daily operations in the Customer Experience Center. The role includes handling cash transactions, assisting with fare purchases, and contributing to mail-out programs and community outreach as part of COTA's commitment to Move Every Life Forward.

Responsabilidades

• Assess customer needs by ensuring a positive experience and clear communication.
• Articulate information and directions in an organized manner to customers.
• Educate customers about new product and service features and functionalities.
• Create bus pass IDs and assist with fare purchases via Masabi Transit app and other systems.
• Operate cash register and handle cash, credit, and checks.
• Assist with the mail-out program and community outreach initiatives.
