Stivers Staffing Services is seeking a temporary Customer Service Representative in Columbus, OH. You will be the go-to contact for customers, handling chat, email, and phone inquiries to deliver outstanding service and positive experiences.

The role offers a first-shift schedule (8 AM–4:30 PM) in-office, with overtime as needed. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer service experience and a professional, empathetic demeanor.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience (chat and email support); e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Strong research, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tasks.
• A professional, positive, and supportive demeanor, especially in challenging interactions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email with professionalism and empathy.
• Resolve product, order, shipping, and return issues; escalate complex problems as needed.
• Advise customers on return and warranty processes, process replacements when applicable.
• Communicate trends and insights to the broader team to inform improvements.
• Cross-sell or refer products and services to enhance the customer experience and drive brand loyalty.
