Job summary

COTA seeks a Customer Experience Champion to greet guests and help them select the right products and services at the Customer Experience Center in Columbus, OH. This role encompasses pass sales, inventory distribution, mail-out programs, and community outreach to support Move Every Life Forward.

Primary duties include assisting customers, processing transactions, and educating patrons about new features. On-site wellness initiatives and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and 1 year cash handling experience.
• Experience with data entry and basic cash transactions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs to maintain a positive experience.
• Articulate information and directions clearly.
• Educate customers about product and service features.
• Create bus pass IDs and assist with fare purchases using Masabi Transit app.
• Operate cash register and process cash, credit, and checks.
• Support mail-out programs and community outreach.
