Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor in Miami, FL. You will be the face of the brand, welcoming customers with energy, educating them on Unlimited Membership, and turning service into sales while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

You will resolve concerns, log feedback in Micrologic, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays in an outdoor, fast-paced setting. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a strong plus in South Florida.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and professional image with on-time reliability.
• Charismatic, high-energy presence suitable for customer-facing moments.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven with a focus on metrics.
• Strong empathy paired with sales drive to read customers and adjust approach.
• Confident in handling complaints on the spot and resolving issues.
• Familiarity with POS systems and site technology.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable outdoors.
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus in South Florida markets.
