Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead customer relations process management at the store by following approved processes.
• Develop improvement plans for assigned store via observations and meetings.
• Gather accurate customer information to build a follow-up database.
• Know product pricing, dealership promotions, and events for customers.
• Use internet tools to increase appointments, sales and retention.
• Make follow-up calls to resolve issues and set appointments.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
